Refund policy


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns for credit can only be made within 7 days of purchase.To obtain a Goods Returned Number, the date of purchase and the original Invoice Number must be quoted. Goods are to be returned freight prepaid and are to include the Return Stock Authority Form. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and will only be accepted if the Goods and packaging are received in an unused and original condition. Return of incorrectly supplied goods at the Seller’s expense will be by the carrier of the Seller’s choice. The Seller will not accept freight charges for goods returned by other means. To the extent permissible by law, Goods specially purchased, manufactured, machined or cut to size to the Customer’s specifications are not returnable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that your returned item has been received. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we would suggest you to check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@unisciencelab.com and send your item to: UniScience Laboratories, 94 Trottier Bay, Winnipeg MB R3T 3Y5, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
